Use one ship to go in and tank the sentries (such as a raven) and one long range damage dealer (such as tempest with 6 x 1200 with lead + Gyro IIs 3 tracking comp, sensor booster) once the turrets are aggro on the tanking ship, move out to the tanking ships max range from closest turret (try to make this about 150km as at this range the turrets do little/no damage any more) then the tanking ship should fire at the closest turret. Once the spawn is aggro, take down the frigs 1st with the tanking ship then all other ships when they come in range (usually a few cruisers, then the malakim then the rest). The damage dealing ship should be able to do this quite easily. Hope this helps
